Good to know

General information only: Our estimates and reports explain the rules and show your figures, based on the details you enter. They aren't financial advice, and nobody reviews your family's situation. Where figures sit side by side, the order is fixed: nothing is ranked, and we don't say which option to choose. See our Disclaimer.
Your actual fees: These are set by Services Australia (or DVA) through the means assessment, and by the agreements with the aged care home.
Delivery: Your report is delivered within 15 minutes of your payment being confirmed. Every product uses the same delivery time.
Refunds: If your report is late, we refund the price shown at checkout, including GST, automatically. You can also ask for a full refund at any time before your report is delivered. See our Refund policy.
Tax invoice: You'll get a tax invoice by email showing the GST included.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see your full card number.
