Refund policy

Version 1.

In short: if we don't deliver your report on time, you get your money back automatically. You can also ask for a full refund at any time before your report is delivered. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.

If your report is late

Your report is due within 15 minutes of payment, as shown at checkout. If we haven't delivered it by then, we'll refund the full amount you paid (the price shown at checkout, including GST) without you needing to ask.

If your report is late, we'll refund you automatically, and we'll still send it to your account once it's ready, at no extra cost.

If you change your mind before delivery

You can cancel your order and get a full refund at any time before your report is delivered, for any reason. We don't need to know why.

Email support@agedcarecosts.com with the email address you used to order, or your order number.

How and when you're refunded

We process refunds within 5 working days of your request (or of the delivery date, if a report is late), to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it.

After your report is delivered

Once your report is delivered, the "late" and "change of mind" refunds above no longer apply. But if something's wrong with it (for example, it isn't what we described, or it has a significant error), contact us at support@agedcarecosts.com. We'll work with you to fix it or refund you, as the Australian Consumer Law requires.

The free updated report

The free updated report that comes with Full report is part of that report's price. It isn't refunded separately, and it doesn't restart or extend the refund times above.

Your consumer rights

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
